This Is Not My Customer

You shouldn't miss "This Is Not My Customer" if you like the stress that comes from looking around for strange things in independent horror games. The game takes place in a dark parcel pickup station at night and turns a delivery job that seems normal into a dangerous battle for survival.

Details

The game is based on doing the same hard jobs over and over again. To begin, you press a green button to call a customer. Then, you check their order code, go into the warehouse to get the right package, and give it to them.
But there isn't much difference between a real person and an "alternative" (impostor):
Normal Customer: They look completely normal, with no out-of-the-ordinary features.
Another option is that they have flaws on their bodies or faces. You need to press the red alarm button quickly.
If you press the red button correctly, you can see the creature's real, scary shape. On the other hand, if you set off a false alarm twice, you will have to start the shift over from the beginning. After making it through three shifts, the game changes to a boss fight. To finish, you have to collect stones and keep throwing them at the monster.

Simple Controls: A Control Scheme with Fewest Parts

Because the controls are normal for first-person games, anyone can pick up and play right away:
Use the WASD keys to move around the building and service counter.
Mouse: Turn your screen to look at the customer's face.
Use the E key to interact with things, packages, and buttons.
Use the Tab key to get to the quick settings menu. Advice on how to stay alive for beginners: tips and tricks
Look closely at the face. Problems often show up in the eyes, mouth, or the way the face is shaped. Don't hand over the package right away; give it a good look first.
Focus on accuracy over speed; the game doesn't set hard delivery times. Keep your cool and look at every little thing carefully before making a choice.
Take mistakes into account: the game lets you make one mistake per shift at most. If something isn't clear, think about your choices carefully before pressing the red button.

Features: What makes it interesting?

Overwhelming atmosphere: The late-night post office setting and the eerie silence keep you on the edge of your seat.
Increasing difficulty: Later shifts bring in more subtle problems that require a lot of focus.
Surprising ending: On the last nite, the game changes from an observational puzzle game to an action scene where you have to kill monsters.

This Is Not My Customer is a short but great casual horror game. If you like the careful gameplay in games like Ghostophobia you should definitely check this game out today.
